A 1000 sq.ft space was required to be transformed into a store to exhibit designer Indian wear clothes.
This is the view as soon as you step into Aurum, the designer store. A combination of white and black were used to bring out the colours of the clothes displayed better. Given the compactness of the site, a mirrored ceiling was used to give an impression of more space and height. The client wanted the interiors to convey a sense of grandeur and elegance and hence a muted golden colour was used for the ceiling, which was also in line with the name of the store, Aurum. The mannequin which you see here is given to project the impression of a show stopper, showcasing the designer’s best creation.
This view shows the cascading effect of the mirror which adds continuity to the ceiling design. A rich white velvet quilting background has been provided to project the colours of the clothes on display better
The front three-quarter view of the store. The black tables with bronze mirror detailing and handles were provided based on the requirement of the client to display clutches, sandals, and jewellery.
